Welcome to Tomaree Bridge Club.

Club Teams Championship: Our Teams Championship finished last Friday with all players enjoying a club provided luncheon at the end of the session. The event was very hotly contested with a number of teams closely grouped going into the last round. The eventual winners were Amber Noonan, Judy Payne, Sheila Malloch, Tom Flynn and Jenny Sykes. They kept their extremely narrow lead finishing less than 1 point ahead of the team of Sylvia Young, Christine Blackledge, Tony Connolly, Jackie Williams and Pauline Gray. Close behind them was the team of Ann Bone, Gabrielle Goodsir, Bobbi Vicary and Sue McMahon. It was certainly the narrowest finish in the club's history. [posted Mon 25-Nov-19]

RESULTS of Tomaree Congress: Our annual congress was a great success with 54 pairs playing on Saturday and 34 teams on Sunday. A big thank you to all the members who helped with the room set up and tidy up, food donations, raffle selling and acting as emergency subs. It was a great team effort and special thanks of course go to our wonderful congress convenor, Chris Ledingham. As usual Chris had everything perfectly organised and inspired us all to get in and help. To view the results of the Tomaree Congress click this link [posted Mon 28-Jan-19]
