Starting on 12th October, Ian Spight will be conducting a series of 10 weekly Improvers' Bridge Lessons.
Time: Monday mornings from 10 am to 12 noon
Cost: $5 (or 1 token).

2026 Congress

What a successful Congress!

We owe a particularly big vote of thanks to Sue Falkingham for stepping in as director at the last moment.

64 pairs competed on Saturday and 34 teams on the Sunday.

Jan Clarke and Di Coats had a very successful weekend winning the Swiss pairs event on Saturday, and joining with Terry Bodycote and Paul Weaver to win the teams event on Sunday.

Also having a great Congress were Sharon Mayo and Sally Clarke who were runners-up in the pairs, and joined with Ken Berry and Greg Mayon for third place in the teams.

A big thank you to the first-time Congress convenor Lynette Fitz Henry, and to Sandra Mackenzie for looking after the catering in her normal superb fashion.
